Mving the Program Data to a different drive

Can someone show me how to move the Avast folder under C:\Program Data to D:\Program data?
My C drive is an SSD and needs the room for Windows updates... 
Avast is installed in D: but there is a large amount of stuff on my C: drive

Thoughts?
