Refunds?

i was buying the anti virus and id DID NOT want the vpn because i have one already but i go and looked and it must've just put it in the  cart or something because i bought it and i submitted for a refund the same day and i was wonder how long it takes to refund/get a response?

Be patient, a refund can take up to 7 business days. Also, don't submit multiple tickets (FIFO).
