I have a sync app which backs up my important folders once a day. However, avast keeps disrupting this process by trapping certain files which are false positives.
HOwever despite applying 'restore and add exception' and also sending feedback to avast notifying them that these files are false positives, they are still being caught which is EXTREMELY annoying !
why isnt the 'add exception' working and why isnt avast taking notice of my feedback !
I cannot currently run my sync program remotely. I have to switch off avast shields and then run the sync.
