can't delete files from virus chest

Can't delete two files from virus chest.
Most deleted, these two pictured refuse to go.
They are no longer on the computer,
and the second one is preventing me from reinstalling a legitimate program.

IDP.Generic blocks are related to Behavior Shield detections.
Removing avast will also remove any files in the virus chest.
