Network disconnects caused by Avast after some time

Hi,
I have a strange issue since updating avast Premium Security to the latest version.
After some time of inactivity, my network connection gets blocked. Turning security of and on again fixes it.
Anyone else seen this? any idea what might go wrong?
actual Version is 19.7.2388 (Build 19.7.4674.526)
