Avast Secureline uninstalled it self from Avast Business pro Plus.
« on: September 13, 2019, 11:11:06 PM »
Why would the business agent, uninstall a standalone installation, Secureline VPN?

The Avast Business Pro Plus, client installation via the Cloud management console, worked for a long time along side SecureLine then suddenly it uninstalled the VPN secureline to bypass the Kill switch.

This situation caused privacy leaks on client installations, caused by AVAST.

Proof of this, which happend to me:

Any reason?

No need for a forum then?

seeing that all responses are :
Contact support.

A forum with lots of Pointing rather than actually assisting.

I Did what you suggested and their response was, Avast wont uninstall its own software.
Still waiting for more feedback.

Either they know or they don't and that is why i am posting on a forum.

I just proved them wrong and need forum input..

This was a known bug issue, but should've been resolved. If you haven't done so already, we'll need for you to create a case at Avast Business Support and we'll need log files from this device following the instructions at Submitting a support file using the Avast Support Tool. Please include either the File ID or the filename of the ZIP archive uploaded to our server in the Description.
