Avast WebService False Positive??

Hi I keep getting these annoying pop-up messages from avast by no reason whatsoever, it happens randomly when using chrome on any webpage, and if I close the warning too fast I keep getting notified unless I let it rest for a while and the close the window. My wife computer also has the same issue, is something wrong? I've done full computer scans, I ran malware bytes, I used Ccleaner to clean cache and cookies and still goes of, trying to find info online can't find solutions, can anybody help?
