Cannot choose network profile

Hi guys,

For the life of me I can't find where I can change my network profile to private.
I tried doing it in Windows, but it always jumps back to public, just like described here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/version-1903-network-location-wont-stay-private/1d4041f1-b1ed-464f-9421-54ad36c6b3c5
If I go into the avast UI, I see the public profile is selected but I cannot change it.

If I go to the firewall settings, there is a list of network profiles, but again I cannot change their public/private status.


Can anyone please help?

I'm using Avast Business Antivirus Pro Plus
Program version 19.6.2568 (build 19.6.4546.520)
UI version 1.0.397

Is your Avast Business Antivirus Pro Plus Managed or Unmanaged? If Managed, the settings will need to be changed in either your Cloud Management (web) Console at https://business.avast.com/ or your Business Management (on-premise) Console. Since you are posting in a topic that is over two years old.  It is hard to believe this has gone unresolved for over two years.

I would suggest you start your own new topics giving more details on your issue and program version and build numbers, etc.
