{disarmed}
« on: August 19, 2006, 12:09:18 AM »
I have been getting some annoying problems lately because several of my newsletters are being "{disarmed}" to quote the subject line of the e-mail. Using XP Pro with Outlook Express and the latest Avast.  I DID move recently and am using a different ISP who has its own pre-processor check but I can't tell who is causing the "disamr (ing)" -- any suggestions? (BTW, this makes it impossible to Bid, access web bargains, and other things)

avast doesn't write disarmed in the subject line, so you will have to look elsewhere.

What is your firewall, does it have an email scanner ?
Do you use any other email scanner ?
As you have your email pre scanned by your ISP that is a likely place to start, look in their email FAQs, Support, etc. ?
