Help to cancel avast clean up premium please!!

Hi, I recently activated the avast clean up license and would be interested in disabling the automatic renewal. The problem is that at the time of signing the license, I entered an email address to which I cannot access anymore, so I can’t get my order number back.
I used your tool to retrieve your order number but it gives me an error and asks me to contact customer service. The email used during the license subscription is "alfredo.astuni@libero.it", The license code in the "my subscriptions" section on the pc application is: XGACP9-C5VVXJ-5VL8M2.
Will you help me resolve this situation?
