Avast has let me down

When using firefox all is good but when i run Chrome and the foxtel live site ( streaming tv ) it constantly trys to redirect me            https://opgolan.com/?rb=nu9i62zR4M4JN2gNYrUkpyfd1pnGGMRVEwUyAu8Slv0vhE20nAaVs- the rest I cut off.
It's good that Avast is blocking it but why has Avast let the HTML:RedirME-inf [Trj] onto my pc and will not find it with many deep Scans?

Avast hasn't let anything in, as you say. 

The site you are visiting is trying to connect to a site that is trying to redirect you another site and avast is blocking it.  It isn't originating from your system otherwise the alert window should be giving a location on your system not an internet location.
