Hi - after a failed sync when updating one of my passwords on my iPhone avast password app, I wasn't able to sync anymore across my Mac and iOS devices. I turned off the Mac device and one iPhone device and tried to log back back in to solve the issue, but it now won't let me log in either (the mac version states that 'something went wrong' respectively connection issue, the iOs version says something similar), even though my password is correct.

I must have accidentally corrupted my avast password file. Any suggestions what I can do here to resolve this issue?

Getting no response here or through the avast customer service makes me actually consider switching to another product that is more reliable or at least more supportive.

Needless to say it’s frustrating to experience that avast passwords let me down while travelling overseas and having no access to my passwords (!)
