Avast Premium order

I just received an email which stated that the new Avast Premium Security was on sale. Since my subscription was to end on 20 November 2019, I ordered it. Having downloaded and installed it, I see that it has given me 366 days of coverage. What happened to the two months that I had left in my older Avast Premium Security subscription? Can they not be combined together? Any suggestions on what to do?
