avast internet security prevents wireshark from working probably

I have new PC installed avast internet security on it and then installed latest wireshark , but when i opened the program no interfaces are showing to capture, i uninstalled avast and not wireshark is working fine, is there a fix to this problem? or should i just unsub from avast services and use windows default security
