Two emails received from their support on Sunday  :o
Well, I haven't seen this even in a product that I've bought last week... have a problem on installation, sent an email on Saturday... not a response yet.
Besides this, they will 'fix' this in next update (although it's not a bug, just an opinion...). I like their support  :)

Huumm...
The update for spywares is not as fast as I could imagine...  :'( :-\
Isn't there anything to add to the database?
Will the program only have 'major' updates?

I've being writing about the features of Advanced WindowsCare, starting with V2 Beta 3.5.
Details, screenshots and descriptions are here. Of course, more info in their homepage: http://www.iobit.com/AdvancedWindowsCarePersonal/index.html

The immunization feature is similar - but larger - than the Spybot one.
The are ignore lists for every feature (Registry settings, etc.) that allows very good flexibility.
Backup of every change made allows confidence and the capability of testing.
Generally, we're not friends of Suites  ;)
But in this case, the well-balanced features, automation (in the Pro version), configurability and speed support make me think different  :)
It's doing a very good job on security (immunization, adware and spyware removal), cleaning (temporary files and registry) and tuning (Windows services).

The is a home (free) version.
But seems that the Pro worths  8)

My only problem with WindowsCare, is the name is too darn close to Microsoft's 'Windows One Care', at first I thought Tech had taken leave of his senses promoting an MS product (trust isn't something I link easily with security and MS) ;D ;D

So after my small heart attack thinking that this had anything to do with an MS security product, I will check out the various write ups.
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.3.6108 (build 24.3.8975.762) UI 1.0.801/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

Yeah... WindowsCare has nothing to do with Microsoft.

I started reading the user reviews at download.com, the first was very uncomplimentary which seems to differ from many others.

There will always be those that for one reason or another don't like one product or another.
Look at some of the critical reviews you've seen about avast! and we know they aren't true.  ;D
