Sounds like  download error.

Tried a different download, now its saying can't connect to Avast servers, check your internet connection and try again.  My internet connection is fine.

I figured it out, I had to pay my At&t bill.  It was working on selective sites.    Is there still a beta for Omni.  There's no free version?  Just a trial?

I also noticed that the data sharing Disclosure popup never came up?
Has this been addressed? Thanks
