Envoi mail impossible avec Thunderbird et connextion chat impossible

Bonjour,
Il m'est impossible d'expédier un mail avec l'appli Thunderbird lorsque le VPN est actif. De même pour la connexion sur un tchat.
Qui peut me dire si ce n'est qu'une question de réglage ?
