Can't remove Norton Internet Security to install on Catalina

I tried with Devon Technologies Easy Find to locate all Norton and Symantec files and delete them.
I tried Symantec's own uninstaller for the Mac.
Yet Avast for Mac will not install on Catalina because it complains that Norton Internet Security is installed.  What file might it be looking for that is doing that?
