User account not accessible after Cleanup

Bought Avast Cleanup & ran the tune up. Then had to go out of town for several days. On return, it looks like my normal login account was replaced by a new account of the same name -- but without my real account's desktop, defaults, etc.

My Admin account looks OK.

Looking at Users>user, that looks like it contains my account info.  How do I get it to let me log in?

BTW: the Capcha image is virtually impossible to read.  5 tries so far :-(
