Your backup identity - "This link has expired"
« on: November 04, 2019, 07:48:41 PM »
I have Avast installed on my computer and I also have Avast Password installed on my phone. I want to synchronize my passwords to my PC but I can't because I need to approve the synchronization from an already approved account. I don't have one and based on some instructions from this forum I have to click on the button from the "Your backup identity" email . But when I do that it says "This link has expired. Please contact the sender of the email for more information."
I saw on another post on this forum that someone had the same problem and as a solution a moderator sent him a reactivation email. Could someone do the same for me?

Thank you!
