I seem to have the same issue. At 1 of my computers (the 1 with Outlook as mail program) the mailshield is OFF. I have tried to enable it, several times, but it returns off every time. I have tried "repair" in the menu. It asked me to reboot, but the problem persists. Is there anything more I can do? Rene
