     Perhaps yours is one of the 75% which is causing your
     problem(s); the fact you want to use the adware
     Flashget program implies that is true !?

      I have a resolution to this problem.I installed a firewall .When boot pc,do not allow avast autorun,first run the  firewall,in my pc it is "rising firewall",a Chinese solftware,then run ashDisp.exe,in this way ,all is ok.I can login my email box in www.163.com on ie or on Maxthon,also can downlaod files by downlaod tools.

First,in the firewall ,I choosed forbidding avast! Web scanner to vist internet,it is ok.Then allow avast! Web scanner to vist internet ,all are  also ok .
