Impossible to visit some usual websites, reloading permanently, "server connect"

Dear,
Since last update yesterday, on both of my Windows 10 computers, it is impossible to visit some current websites I visited daily before.
The page is permanently reloading on the adress " http://192.168.1.1/login.lp?event=ServerConnect ".
Just on some websites as belgian news, my doctor, and the local newspaper.
Other websites work normaly...
Yesterday evening I updated my premium account to the new version, nothing changed.
I have the same problem on every browser (Chrome, IE).
When I turn off Avast Online Security in my browser extension page, the problem is still there...
Can someone tell me what is happening?
Can I solve this problem in the setup, or do I need to reinstall my anti-virus?

Maybe a simple "Restart" of the PC and router might help.

The solution was simply to restart the rooter, problem solved on all devices.
