Has Intel now joined the ranks of Big Data Grabbers like Google, facebook, Amazon, CloudFlare etc.?

Do they want to sell all of these data? Or do they want to make Interwebz infrastucture any more secure?
I doubt the latter will take place.

I fear their "We wanna improve your computer experience" is a lousy excuse to track you and join Surveillance Capitalism,
as that is where stakeholders make money rather than from banks.
