Lack of support
« on: November 26, 2019, 11:50:50 PM »
I do not consider a forum support as the only option. I pay for this product and the fact there seems to be no avenue available contact support other than posting to this forum is sub standard. I HATE seeing a constant icon showing its running. I only want notifications if and issue. Having that constantly on the screen will read to a cancelled subscription. Not impressed with this.

The tray icon in the task bar? You can hide/drag them away so they're out of view.

Click (and hold) on the icon, and move your mouse up. Done. Problem solved - this isn't an Avast! thing, it's a Windows thing. You're bitching to the wrong company.

You can also choose which icons appear or which items to hide.
I've selected to show all icons.
