Avast keeps on preventing me from start my program without reasons

I have an application with normal sha256 signature by certifications issued by DigiCert. But when I tried to start it, it is always been blocked by Avast with "Reason: 0x00020000".

What does this code stand for?

"Reason: 0x00020000" in general indicates a connection issue.

Could you also provide us with a screenshot of the Avast error message you receive and paste it here, please?
