This also happens when hovering over controls/buttons displayed by websites.
Doesn't happen if I use a different browser.
See attached screenshot. If I hover over a control/button that is located further away from the right-hand edge of the window, it will only display for a small fraction of a second on top of the window, before it then disappears behind the window.
Once in a while the tooltip will work properly, I'm not sure of the sequence but I think you have to click out to another window then back.
