Avast Premium on Win 10 Stuck at 30%

Started Full Scan last evening at 10pm.
I got up at 6am and saw the scan was 30% complete.
3-1/2 hours later, the scan remains at 30%

It seems that the scan is stuck. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to proceed

Hi,

Could you please provide us with a support file log and paste the file id here.
Also, make sure "Generate report file" is enabled
Menu>Settings (cog wheel)>Protection>Virus scans > "Generate report file" (at the bottom)
