Scan WiFi not working

New Android (premium/paid version) user here . When I try to do a WiFi scan, I get the attached error message. After I enable the location permission per the prompt, it just freezes on the scan screen. This happens on both of my home networks. Both are standard 2.4/5Ghz WiFi networks with WPA2 security enabled. Suggestions?

Hi, are you using the Android 10? There has been a temporary problem with Wi-Fi scan, we are working on it, thanks for understanding.

I am using Android 10 on a Pixel 3a XL. I uninstalled the app but would like to try again when it's fixed. If possible, can you post an update here when it's fixed so I can try again then? Thanks for the update

Hi, it has been fixed in version 6.24.0, which has been released to 50% of users at the moment (the rest will get the update within a few days at the most).

Thanks, Tereza -- I'm watching the Google Play store; it's still on 6.23.9, but will install once the version is updated.

I have the same problem orange screen on wifi scan is there an update on when it will be fixed.

I am using 6.23. I have samsung s10.

When I go to run the scan it comes up with an orange screen and you cant press anything.
