why is the refund request only telophone possible?

Sorry for my bad english. It is difficult for me to have a telephone discussion on these topics. I want a refund on avast Premium and I can't find the way to make the request on an email, message etc. The request is only possible by telephone! Please help me.

Support Ticket Refund - using the link Bob gave, follow that through to the refund request.  You will need some information, your order ID, email address used when you purchased.
