It didn't work. I tried also the offline installer, but it's the same result.

Could you please provide us with a support file id.
Please follow these steps:
1. Open - Avast Antivirus > Click on - Menu > Settings > General > Troubleshooting > Select - Enable debug logging (at the bottom)
2. Please open "rewards" again
3. After you get the "error message", please generate the support file and reply with the support file id.
