Wrong purchase license

Hi, i've bought for mistake a second license of 1 year after the first buy of a license of 2 year.
I'm from Italy and i'm unable to call the support number, is there an alternative method of requesting a refund and cancellation of the purchase?

Use the following to get help, https://support.avast.com/article/24/ (orders and refunds) if you don't have an order # use 00000000 then explain your problem.
