Avast premium security install wont complete installation on windows 10

Hi Avast premium security install wont complete installation on windows 10.

I also had a problem with Secureline VPN where it wouldn't work after renewing my subscription so I uninstalled all the secureline products and tried to install avast premium security as that is what i have paid for but it isnt completing the installation.  Please help fix this

- Which version of APS..?
- OS..? (32/64 Bit..? - which SP/Build..?)
- Other security related software installed..?
- Which AV(s) did you use before Avast..?
