subscription cancel and support contact

hello i used secureline from 2017 and i have yearly subscription that start on 15-Dec last week it got renewed but i don't need the service anymore so cancelled it right away and ask for a refund, i contacted the email shown in paypal atlanticpaypaluksarlcs@digitalriver.com

but they did not answer me to this day (12 days) what should i do??
