System hanging at 35% update

Hello,

  I just installed and ran Cleanup.  I chose the option to fix drive problems.  I cleaned up my C: drive and rebooted.  It ran the updates...at least I thought it did...but frozen at "Complete 100%."   I rebooted the system and it's now been configuring windows at 35%...even in Safe Mode.

  Never mind...I wasn't patient enough.  It's working now.
