I had to uninstall Avast Premium Security while troubleshooting, issue was resolved, but when I went to reinstall Avast, it errors: "b86362a5.exe has stopped working" is the error message that pops up when trying to install, then aborts install and gives the microsoft "looks for problem online" (e.g. useless help).
I saw others with same error problem and their replies were to contact Avast, so.. what gives? Why is this not re-installing? I know my machine isn't suffering any ill affects now, and I turned off Microsoft essentials while trying to reinstall Avast so as to prevent any conflict as well as told it to Run as administrator to install in case it needed admin rights to install.
