Can't Synchronizing Avast Passwords (to continue please type the characters )

Hi  :)
So I've been trying to sync my Avast Passwords on a different user on the same pc
But after I enter my password and write the random characters
I keep getting "to continue please type the characters below" even though I wrote correct characters 10 different times!?
as shown in the image below
