AVAST VPN WON'T ALLOW ME TO SELECT THE DESIRED IP LOCATION

Hi!
I have a problem with my avast VPN and I need help. I open the SecureLine and it says "Your online privacy i not protected" and OM/OFF tab is shown as it is OFF. When select a desire location(USA) it denies my access.
Please help... :'( :'( :'(
