PlZ Help me

 :'( My avast premiu security(ver ) have some problem :
if i disable all protection functions manually,avast program will crash (may be suspended)。

No matter how I restart avast program, I can't run it again ,unless I restart my pc。

I try run avast repair program to repair avast ,but Can't solve this problem。

Plz somebody hlep me ,thx ! :'( :'(

If Repair doesn't fix the problem, try the following:
If your Avast settings are not the default settings and you want them restored after the Clean Install, follow this before removing Avast.

I uninstall avast premiu security(ver 19.8.4793.0)  ,install beta program (v19.9.2394 ),but can't solve this problem。

I found that the CPU utilization of 【Microsoft IME】 process  is very high(16%-19%) when this problem occurs (The 【avast behavior shield】process is the same),so i killed the 【Microsoft IME】 process manually。 amazing, the avast UI is not carshed (or  suspended), I can enabling/disabling of all shields normally.  Why?

I try to uninstall avast premiu security(release build ver 19.8.4793.0)  ,install beta program (v19.9.2394 ),but can't solve this problem。
so I'm using a stupid method now: killed the 【Microsoft IME】 process manually。 This time , The avast UI is not carshed (or  suspended), I can enabling/disabling of all shields normally.  But Why?

BTW I'm a Japanese user using Microsoft IME with Windows 10 so if you tell me detailed procedure to reproduce the issue, I can test it.

My windows version is win 10 1909 .I'm a chinese user using Microsoft IME (Mircosoft PINYIN IME) , U can install Mircosoft Pinyin and switch to Mircosoft Pinyin ,then disabling of all avast shields manually。U can see all the avast is carshed (maybe  suspended, because you'll find that can't launch avast UI again anyway utill restart pc) .

Hm, I installed Microsoft Pinyin and tried to disable all Avast shields from task-tray icon => Right click => Avast shield control => Disable for 10 minutes, and it worked...

Thanks for testing , but I still feel there should be a conflict between Chinese IME and avast UI. When this problem occurs, I just need to kill the IME process once, and then disable / start Avast shields from task-tray icon again, and there will be no AVAST crush (may be suspended) problem.

I feel very sad :( :(
