Unable to renew

I’m trying to renew my Avast Ultimate subscription for my PC but it is not successful in the app. It says “The online content is unavailable”. I tried by logging onto id.avast.com but the renew option is not being shown.

If you don't have an order # use 00000000 then explain your problem
