When I recently upgraded and renewed my VPN service, the person at Avast who took the order on the phone made a mistake and put my language as French. I now get all my emails from Avast in French and I cannot get them to change it to English.
Surely they are not going to say that when someone at their end makes a mistake like that, we have to live with it and they cannot correct it? But that is what I am being told. The person that I was emailing earlier today says that they are unable to change the language, so presumably I need someone at a higher level.
Who within Avast can I escalate this issue to beyond the first line support people? I emailed back and asked the support person but they would not answer.
