avast URL blocked, maleware problem?

Hi

I am getting an avast popup windows with the message URL https://countsours.cool was discconected due to a threat - see the attached message
The problem is that:
1. Even when I uninstall google chrome, I steal get the popup message,
2. When I close the popup message it immediately appears again
3. When I move the popup message to the side of the screen, after a minute its appears again in the middle of the screen
4. I used Malwarebytes program and it didn't helped

Basically, I can't work on the computer

Here it was registrated: -https://www.instra.com/en/domain-names/newgtld/cool-domain-registration/cool
Operator = donuts Inc. since 2012. (abuse could also be reported to this bulk domain registrator).

I attached the logs

Open CHrome and go to this URL:
chrome://serviceworker-internals/

Then click on Unregister for all listed entries.
