Premium not working after install

So my PC went stupid and i reset back to factory.......logged into the Avast website and pulled up my subscriptions. I clicked "redownload" for my Premium subscription...it installed and now its saying i dont have access to Premium, only the basic..its asking me to re"buy/upgrade" everything that already comes with Premium.. help please! I called tech support and they had me install/reinstall 4x and restart 8x.. ITS STILL NOT WORKING RIGHT >:( >:( >:(
