Error importing export.xml
« on: December 13, 2019, 12:58:45 PM »
Hello, we are starting to configure the Avast Cloud console but, as we are trying to migrate the old assets from our old AEA console by importing the export.xml we receive an error:
"Internal server error"

I have attached two screenshots of the import process and the error that follows.

Because of this error we cannot import our assets in the new console and we cannot start deploying the new Avast Antivirus Pro to our pcs.

By the way, we have a 500 pc subscription that expires in august 2021

Please help!
Live long and prosper

When you get that error message, click on the "!" icon in the error message. Do you get a pop-up window containing code? If so, copy the entire code, and create a case at https://www.avast.com/business-support-contact
In the Description box below, please detail what the issue is, how to duplicate/replicate the issue, and paste the code underneath.
