Windows 10 - Avast Premium would shut off but avast firewall would be active

Hi !

Faced below problem for almost 4 days :
  - on startup of windows 10, Avast icon would show red with cross
  - in settings it showed that avast was off but avast firewall was on
  - on clicking the avast icon it showed - ' Loading '


So I uninstalled the latest Windows 'quality  update. Post that Avast is working fine (for last 20 mins).

The update history showed that one quality update  KB4533002 had failed to install on 09/01/2020.

What version of windows 10 ??? 1903 or 1909 or ????
