Lost All passwords

Alredy made a post with this but it got followed only half way through the problem.

One day i opened the brower and noticed i had no passwords in avast password extention.
So i opened avast to check and there i had the confirmation all my passwords were vanished.
As i noticed that i proceeded to follow the link in the backup email avast sent me when i  activated Avast Pasword, yet the web page that opened afterward only said it expired. Can't recall doing anything particular that could trigger such a thing.

In the other topic i posted quite some time ago a new backup link was sent me, and yet the page opened in avast would not load, just keep the loading circle spinning before i can insert the master password.
Hope this time i manage to restore them somehow.

Also i added a couple more passwords recently to test if it would happen again and the same thing happened.

if I launch from command line just that stupid spinning circle, forever. No longer self launchs when opening a password site. I redownloaded, and installed finally after a bunch of errors and retrys. And shortly after avast drained money from my card. At first just a couple sites, now its everything.
I tried contact us, still waiting. Any working contact avast address's

desktop only has antivirus n secure line now.
antivirus only gets a spinning circle
securline opens, seems to be working
my renewal dates are all 2020 or 2021
cleanup not working and its desktop icon missing, but it does have an activate n install button that causes another spinning circle

After an automated Windows 10 update at Jan.15, 20020 I dtected grave problems.
The AVAST password extension has been deletetd from my Firefox browser,
and in the AVAST Password programm all passworts are gone.
I reported this problem to the AVAST support and remembered them to this today, but got still no answer and so no help.
That disappoints me quite a lot - is the whole AVAST doubtful ? Or do they suffer under "overload" ?
