We're pleased to announce that Avast Business Cloud Management Console 7.22 has been released! (January 15, 2019)

This version introduces completely redesigned reports (Beta) with some additional features to work with data. We hope you will like it. Also we added a brand new  Executive summary report with some key metrics. We hope you will like it.

Release Summary
This release contains improvements and bug fixes to our Avast Business Cloud Management Console.

Improvements
1. We have made some improvements to the Reports section in the console. The Tasks, Threats, Patches and Devices reports now feature real time report data.
The Reports section will provide you a list of available reports and information about what each report contains.

Tasks Report will show finished tasks with the following information:
•   Device name / alias, Task name / category, Frequency, Task Scheduled, Time, Task Completed Time, Task status, Task result
Threats Report will show all devices and their threats with the following information:
•   Device name / alias, Group, Shield, Threat type, Date and time, Threat detail / Filename & location, Resolution
•   Line chart showing each threat resolution time and each day with threats resolved
Patches Report will show all devices and their patch status with the following information:
•   Device name / alias, Patch name / Bulletin ID, Severity, Patch type, Vendor, Application, Patch status, Patch Status Reason, Date and time
Devices Report will show all devices with the following information:
•   Device name / alias, Status, Group, Settings, OS, IP Address, Date Added, Last seen, Subscription
Executive Summary Report will show the following information:
•   Line chart showing detected threats for each day where each line represents a threat type
•   A list of resolution types with a number of threats resolved can also be seen
•   Bar chart showing a number of devices per each device status

All reports have a pre-set filter. You will be able to modify these filters, see below.
*note that these new reports will show under a Beta label. Existing reports will still continue to be shown, however, will be removed at a later time.

2. Sorting Columns
We have added the ability to sort each column within the Threats, Tasks, Patch and Devices reports.

3. Searching (Search Bar)
You will be able to search for information within each report which will provide the results to you in real time. You can search for:
•   Devices Report: Device name / Alias and IP Address
•   Patches Report: Device name / Alias, Patch name, Bulletin ID, Vendor and Application
•   Threats Report: Device name / Alias and Threat Detail
•   Tasks Reports: Device name / Alias and Task Name

4. Report Filters
We have added the ability to filter out information in reports, you can now filter information based on time period.

Filter by: Last 7 days, last 30 days, 90 days and custom amount of days for the Patches, Threats, Tasks and Executive Summary Report.
Filter by: All devices, devices in danger, inactive for 14+ days and inactive for 21+ days for the Devices Report.

5. We have added pagination to each report. You will be able to see how many pages there are in the report. By default, we will list 25 entries on each report, which you can extend up to 100 entries for each page.

6. You will be able to export these new reports to CSV.

Bugs
[CBC-9880]   Fixed an issue with Internal Server Error message when selecting licenses under dynamic filter within the device list.
[CBC-9807]   Fixed an issue with download of installer when starting a trial.
[CBC-9921]   Resolved sorting issue when sorting subscription on the Devices page.
[CBC-9923]   Fixed an issue with risk check filter change not resetting the page.

Known issues
[CBC-7826][CBC-7696]   Password protection controls not applying correctly.
[CBC-8636]   Internal Server error when opening custom policies.
[CBC-9202]   Showing an internal error while trying to delete unused setting template.

I don't like to see the word "BETA" on a production enviroment.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. We do not expect to run BETA long. There is a couple of optimalizations we are going to deliver in upcoming weeks so that we are satisfied with the solution and then we will remove the label. And at the same time we didn't want to keep it unreleased since you can already benefit from it and give us valuable feedback.

So once it's well refined, we will remove the label and the old reports as well.

PDF is planned and should be available soon. The customization possibilities is something I am looking into and believe we might have something like that in the future, but not now. It will complement some other features focused on MSP/VAR branding and customization.
