Is it possible to uninstall and then reinstall this software? For the past couple of weeks I have had problems with this program. I used the Avast chat. The female employee was very helpful. However, she was unable to provide a solution. Basically, what is happening is that the icon for this program appears and disappears from the task bar. When I attempt to use the desktop icon, there is not response. Previously, when the program was working correcting the icon within the task bar was pulsating. This no longer happening. I tried to uninstall and repair several times and still it is not working.
If I am unable to uninstall and reinstall. How can I completing remove this software from my pc?
