I don't understand what that has to do with my problem, i used AVG for like 5 days and i never used any antivirus before that.

It's the not using an AV that might indicate an infection which is one of the reason listed for the error you're receiving.
The experts at that section can also help you if you aren't able t get to your system via the normal ways.

The viruses and worms sections is filled with experts who are better equipped to assist in repairing your system. The name is a bit misleading, as we're capable of repairing most issues with a PC, regardless of what it's related too.

Please post there, and I will fetch Sass Drake to assist in cleaning up the drivers and repairing any damaged ones. Your case is special in that we can't use our normal tools as built, we'll have to deploy them in a live environment.
