I was always my understanding that for Win10 it is not necessary to perform a manual defrag, as it was done anyhow in the background.
Also, as mentioned by DavidR, doing a defrag on a SSD is not good idea, as it adds extra read/write events to a device with limited capacity for them. The only manual defrag I do (on a very rare occassion) is on my Win XP HDD where I may use Periform defraggler.
